HKA began providing Program Management services in response to requests by our Master Plan and Facility Programming clients. In order to ensure that the delivery process for the subsequent building projects would meet the owner's expectations, we have been contracted to lead the design and construction teams. Our assignments typically include the responsibility for the Design, the Budget, the Schedule and the verification that the issues that were carefully defined in the planning phases are retained and incorporated appropriately in the new facilities.
Our Program Management services provide a single point of contact for you, the owner. The proven success of this management approach depends upon integrated teamwork, open and continuous communication, as well as coordinated and timely decision-making. We organize, lead and document the project process from preliminary concepts to the building occupancy. Our service also includes the management and direction of move sequence necessary to implement the design and/or the building occupancy. Master Plan coordination of multiple projects also falls within the scope of Project Management services we offer.
